Well, with the current pricing of the Sharp Aquos line and the free Blu-Ray player and 0% financing at Circuit City we finally made the plunge.

We are now the proud owners of a new HDTV and Blu-Ray player. Technically we don’t have the TV yet, but the Blu-Ray player sure does play a mean DVD… on my old TV.

I also opted to not get the HDMI cables from CC and just bought them at MonoPrice.com. I spent less for 5 cables and a DVI-HDMI adapter at MonoPrice.com than I would have spent on a single Monster HDMI cable at CC.

Yowza!

All I need now is the TV…
