Depth of Field

I just can’t keep that macro lens off of my camera for long. Just last weekend we were clearing up some brush outside of our yard when Gina found some really interesting mushrooms. It was a rare moment for me as I could quickly grab the tripod and shoot some shots with a much smaller aperture.

After quite a few shots, we are divided about which shot we each prefer: Gina likes the deeper depth of field that f/32 provides while I like the much shallower DoF that f/2.8 provides.
